The first resuts of the questionaire
The BISON questionnaire has been widely deployed to collect information on strategic and planning aspects as well as on technical and project management aspects. The first answers received contributed to the first technical deliverable of the project. It presents the census of expectations (needs, requirements) and proposals of new and future possible solutions, expressed by all types of stakeholders in view of more biodiversity-friendly transport infrastructures and modes. Inputs from the consultation tend to integrate a wider diversity of infrastructures. The main thematic adressed are Planning and strategy, Planning and environmental impact assessment, Implementation and management and Education, awareness, consultation and communication. This deliverable is a first step before writing the research part of the Strategic Research and Deployment Agenda (SRDA) for a better integration of biodiversity with infrastructure in Europe.
